Who we are.
This website, funtowncape.net, is operated for Fun Town Entertainment LLC, Cape Girardeau, Missouri (“Fun Town Cape”, “we”). For anything privacy-related, contact us at info@funtowncape.net or 314-650-3381.
What we collect.
Nothing, automatically. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no advertising or social-media trackers. The only third-party resource is the web fonts served by Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting font files from Google’s servers (Google may see your IP address in that request, as with any web request). Our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) keeps standard technical logs — such as IP address and pages requested — to serve and secure the site.
The contact form. When you send a note through our contact form, we store what you submit — your name, email, optional phone number, chosen topic, and message — together with the consent you gave, and we use it only to reply to your inquiry. Submissions are stored securely on Google Cloud (Firestore, United States) and a notification email is delivered to our staff through our email provider, Brevo. To protect the form from abuse, the system records your IP address and browser identifier with the submission; these technical fields are automatically deleted after 90 days. We don’t add you to any list, and we don’t share or sell what you send.
If you email or call us directly, we use your contact details only to respond, and we keep the correspondence only as long as needed to handle your inquiry.
What we don’t do.
- We don’t sell, rent, or share your personal information.
- We don’t run analytics, ad pixels, or tracking cookies.
- We don’t send marketing email — you can only hear from us if you asked us something.
- This site isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect children’s data.
Your choices.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email info@funtowncape.net and we’ll take care of it. Since the site collects nothing automatically, in most cases the answer will be “we hold nothing.”
Changes to this policy.
If how the site handles information changes, we’ll update this page before the change takes effect.
